      <content:encoded><![CDATA[BMI and FOX Searchlight hosted a screening of <a href= "http://www.esmas.com/adaywithoutamexican/" target= "_blank">A Day Without A Mexican</a> in honor of Latino filmmaker and BMI composer <a id='f105' class='f105' href='/affiliate/C105'>Sergio Arau</a> who directed and scored the film. The movie, which also features songs by BMI artists <a id='f2404' class='f2404' href='/affiliate/C2404'>Molotov</a> and <a id='f1690' class='f1690' href='/affiliate/C1690'>Los Abandoned</a>, is about the state of California waking up one morning to find that 14 million Hispanics have disappeared.
