      <content:encoded><![CDATA[BMI songwriter <a id='f2382' class='f2382' href='/affiliate/C2382'>Andy Fraser</a>, former bassist for British rock band Free, stopped by the New York office to talk about his recently released solo album, <i>Naked...and Finally Free</i>.
