      <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Soul singer Louise Setara stopped by the BMI London office recently to celebrate the launch of her new publishing company, Baby Strawberry Songs.</p>

<p>The 18-year-old U.K.-based vocalist, the youngest female to ever sign to the legendary Blue Note label, released her debut album, <i>Still Waters</i>, last fall.</p>
