DIY Convention: New York
The DIY Convention: Do It Yourself in Film, Music & Books will hold its first New York City event in two years at the historic Anthology Film Archives (32 Second Avenue) in Manhattan from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sponsored by BMI, the event features panels of DIY experts focused on creating, promoting, protecting and distributing independent film, music and books. Early-bird tickets are now on sale at DIYConvention.com or by calling the DIY Convention offices at 323-665-8080. Ticket price will be $20 until Aug. 1.
