“Taking The Scenic Route” Panel: London
BMI London’s Nick Robinson will participate in the “Taking the Scenic Route” panel during Music Week’s one-day conference entitled “Making It In America,” sponsored by BMI. The panel is a discussion about alternative ways of getting music to the media and tastemakers in the U.S. other than through traditional routes and making the most of the MySpace, blogs, film and TV syncs, etc. Other speakers include KT Tunstall’s manager Simon Banks, artist Imogen Heap and radio guy Jeff McClusky. 1:45 - 3 p.m. at Rich Mix Cultural Foundation (35-47 Bethnal Green Road, London E1 6LA).
