11th Annual Durango Songwriter’s Expo

BMI is proud to be an ongoing sponsor of the 11th Annual Durango Songwriter's Expo taking place for the first time at the Esplendor Resort in Rio Rico, Arizona (45 minutes south of Tucson), October 4-6, 2007.

The Expo is a combination of workshops, listening sessions, panels, showcases, and open mics, with over 40 music industry pros, including BMI's Joe Maggini and David Preston, and songwriters. Panel topics will include music publishing, A&R, film/tv music placement, songwriting workshops with Chuck Cannon and other hit songwriters, vocal coaching and the DIY music movement.
