Jason Blume Songwriters Workshop

February Theme - Hit Song Lyric Analysis. BMI remains dedicated to educating the creative community through its popular Songwriters’ Workshop Series in Nashville. The 2008 / 2009 season kicks off July 15 under the continued tutelage of hit songwriter and best-selling author Jason Blume. The workshop offers a building-block style curriculum designed to supply songwriters with invaluable creative tips and business counsel and is open to all songwriters who are serious about and committed to successful commercial songwriting. Registration is conducted the same day of each workshop, with no prior registration necessary. 50 participants will be admitted each session, with registration beginning promptly at 9 a.m. in BMI's main lobby. Numbers will be handed out on a first-come, first-served basis, until all 50 seats are filled.
