Calling All BMI Emerging Artists: Open Audition for E.A.R.S. Talent Showcase
Attention all BMI members!! The Emerging Artist Reaching for Stardom (E.A.R.S.) Talent Showcase will be holding open auditions on May 16 from 3pm-10pm and on May 17 from 10am-6pm at the Rippley Grier Studio (520 8th Avenue & 36th Street). Come audition for NYC's hottest showcase! This is your chance to be seen by top music industry executives from major labels including Jive, Arista, Sony, Electra, J Records, Def Jam, MCA and others.
Judges include Chevonne Dean, CEO, Ruff Ryders; Trevor Jeardeau, A&R, J Records; Carl Rybaki, A&R, Warner Brothers Records; Lanette Grandville, Talent Coordinator, BET; James Maynes, Senior VP, Jive Records; James Eichelberger, A&R, Universal; Mark Sparks, A&R, MCA; and Mark Pitts, VP A&R, Arista Records.
