Billboard Offers Discount to BMI Songwriters at Urban Conference

Billboard magazine is now offering a discounted registration fee of $399 to BMI songwriters for its 4th annual R&B/Hip-Hop Conference and Awards. Full price registration for the 3-day conference, to be held August 6-8 at the Roney Palace in Miami Beach, is $599.

In addition to the awards presentation, which has moved to the larger Jackie Gleason Theater, the conference features industry-savvy speakers, informative panels, skills-sharpening workshops, artist showcases and a stellar awards' show line-up, as well as other events. The invitation-only BMI Urban Awards will kick off the festivities on August 5.
