Mann and Weil on Broadway

BMI executives congratulate Barry Mann and Cynthia Weil, one of the most prolific and successful songwriting duos in the history of pop music. This winter, they are bringing their legendary songbook to New York in They Wrote That? Directed by Tony Award winner Richard Maltby, Jr. (Ain't Misbehavin', Fosse) and accompanied by a powerhouse 8-member band, Mann and Weil reveal hilarious, sometimes dishy and always surprising back stories of what inspired the songs that became the soundtrack of the lives of several eras. Hits include "You've Lost that Lovin' Feeling," "On Broadway," "Somewhere Out There," "Just Once," "Sometimes When We Touch," and "Here You Come Again."

Seen backstage after the show are BMI's Charlie Feldman, Barry Mann, Cynthia Weil, BMI's Phil Graham and BMI's Robbin Ahrold
