Michael Puryear Launches Final Four Music with UMPG

Award-winning Christian music songwriter and publisher Michael Puryear recently formed Cumberland Beaux Music, the BMI-affiliated publishing company of Final Four Music, a new joint venture with Universal Music Publishing Group.

With the help of longtime industry executive Elwyn Raymer, who is a consultant to Final Four, Puryear is in the process of signing staff writers. As a songwriter, Puryears credits include the Southern Gospel favorite I Wouldnt Miss Heaven For the World, Point Of Graces CCM single Dying To Reach You and the Rock song I Wanna Be Moved" by Ginny Owens; he also published the Urban Gospel hit We Fall Down, recorded by Donnie McClurkin.
