Billboard Latin Conference Offers Discount to BMI Songwriters

Registration for the 15th Annual Billboard Latin Music Conference and Awards, to be held April 26-29 at the Eden Roc Resort in Miami Beach, is now available to BMI songwriters and composers at a discounted rate of $499, a savings of $250 over the regular rate.

The Billboard Latin Music Conference is one of the biggest and most influential gatherings of Latin music professionals and artists in the world. In celebration of the conference's 15th Anniversary, this year's Latin Music Awards Show will be broadcast live on Telemundo on Thursday, April 29 from the Miami Arena at 7PM ET/PT. In addition to the awards presentation, the conference features panels, seminars, showcases, artist interviews, parties and other events.

The Billboard Latin Music Awards honor the most popular albums, songs, and performers in Latin music, as determined by the actual sales and radio airplay data from Nielsen SoundScan and Nielsen Broadcast Data Systems that informs Billboard's weekly charts during a one-year period from the issue dated February 15, 2003 through February 7, 2004.
