Urban Finds ‘Better Life’ at the Top of the Charts

Celebrating his seventh #1 song with the hit "Better Life," BMI songwriter Keith Urban was the guest of honor at a recent party held at Sambuca Restaurant in Nashville. The single, from his triple platinum release Be Here, spent more than 20 weeks on Billboard's Hot Country Singles & Tracks chart.

Pictured at Sambuca Restaurant are (l-r) BMI songwriter Keith Urban, "Better Life" co-writer Richard Marx, BMI's Harry Warner, producer Dann Huff and Capitol Nashville's Fletcher Foster.

The BMI Award-winning country star's other chart-toppers include "Somebody Like You", "Days Go By", "But for the Grace of God" and "Who Wouldn't Wanna Be Me?".

Congratulating Keith Urban (center) are BMI's Mark Mason, Lauren Holland, Bradley Collins and Harry Warner.

Urban, who has also won multiple CMA, ACM and CMT Music Awards over the years, picked up a Best Male Country Vocal Performance Grammy for "You'll Think of Me" at the 2006 ceremony held recently in Los Angeles.
