Christian Kane Joins BMI
Versatile EMI songwriter Christian Kane recently joined BMI's growing family. The accomplished artist appears innately at ease in any medium: As an actor, Christian has emitted finesse and unnerving potential in numerous projects including films Just Married, Secondhand Lions and Friday Night Lights, along with the acclaimed Stephen Spielberg mini-series Into the West and popular television show Angel. The music video for Carrie Underwood's newest hit, "So Small," also features Kane's acting chops.
Texas born and Oklahoma raised, Christian recently inked a deal with Columbia Records Nashville and is currently in the studio with Jimmie Lee Sloas recording his 2008 major label debut.
