Music Matters held “The Asia Pacific Music Forum” June 3-5 in China, which attracted 750 delegates including 78 speakers, 100 attending press, 80 sponsors, and 15 live acts. BMI, along with MTV, hosted the closing party at this year’s forum, held in Hong Kong at the Grand Hyatt Hotel on June 5.

Music Matters ’08 delivered controversy, dynamism, in-depth analysis, focused panels and hard-hitting questions. Featuring local and global "players" in entertainment, the forum was solutions driven, featuring face-to-face sessions, keynote presentations and high-powered panels with some the world's most innovative and successful individuals and companies.
