Tom Kershaw is the Chief Technology Officer at BMI. Kershaw is responsible for spearheading BMI’s technological growth and development, including managing opportunities and challenges in AI and creating new avenues to enhance the customer experience for both BMI’s affiliates and licensing partners through technology.
Kershaw has over 20 years of experience working with businesses in technology-based markets, ranging in both size and geographic complexity. Over his tenure as a technology leader, he’s specialized in Internet and Mobile communications, including mobile application development, advertising and marketing systems, data science and large-scale data. Prior to BMI, he co-founded one of the leading open-source software organizations in the Internet car community (prebid.org) and was Chief Product and Technology Officer at Travelport, a leader in travel distribution for air, hotel and rail. He also held positions at Google and Ericsson.
Kershaw received his undergraduate degree from New York University and a Master’s degree from the London School of Economics.
