Billboard Women In Music Dinner & Awards is taking place at the Ray Dolby Ballroom in Los Angeles.
BMI singer/songwriter Camila Cabello will receive the ‘Billboard Breakthrough Artist’ Award. Other honorees include:

Billboard ‘Powerhouse’ Award: Kelly Clarkson
Billboard ‘Rule Breaker” Award: Kehlani
Women in Music’s red carpet pre-show, as well as the event, are scheduled to live stream via Twitter on November 30 from 6-9 pm PT / 9pm-12 am ET.
