Andy Summers Shows Off ‘Little Strings’

Posted in News on July 15, 2003
Andy Summers, former guitarist of 80's super group the Police, dropped by the BMI New York office recently to show galleys of his new book, Little Strings, a photographic paean to the guitar for which he wrote the poetic text. The book of photos, taken by photographer Ralph Gibson, will be released in September.

Summers and business associate Judith Baldwin also discussed his new record label, Golden Wire, which will initially offer Summers' albums exclusively through music download sites such as EMusic.com, MusicNet.com and MusicChoice.com, as well as Apple's iTunes.
