Entries must be postmarked by September 20, 2004. Finalists will be determined and notified by September 30, 2004. First Prize is $1000 and a new acoustic guitar; Second Prize is $500; and Third Prize, $100. The top three winners will also receive a Roger Miller boxed set and a year's subscription to the Roger Miller Museum Newsletter.
