BMI and RAB Announce Minority Radio Scholarship Selection Committee

Scholarships are awarded based on various criteria, including ethnicity of applicant, overall need, applicant's enthusiasm toward a career in radio sales, and recommendations from professional associates. Each scholarship is valued at $1,200. Recipients may choose either a one-week program at RAB's Dallas campus, or a two-and-a-half-day extension program conducted in cities around the U.S. Over 100 BMI-funded scholarships have been awarded since the program's inception five years ago.
