BMI songwriter and Dallas-area artist Erik Willis brought his unique style to the 2024 FSTEC Conference held recently at the Gaylord Texan in Grapevine, TX. Willis, who is a native of Henrietta, Texas, performed a set of soulful and roots rock driven tunes to kick off the conference general session. FSTEC is an annual event that attracts restaurant owners and executives from across the country to learn about the latest technology and innovation that is impacting their industry. Willis and his band have a huge following in Texas and spend most of the year performing in venues throughout the Lone Star State.
