BMI Congratulates its Americana UK Award Winners
Last night the AMA-UK, a professional trade association representing and advocating for the voice of American Roots music in the UK, announced the winners of this year’s prestigious Americana UK awards. BMI is proud that several of our songwriters, as well as international writers who choose BMI for U.S. representation, took center stage in several categories. The nominated and award-winning artists, songs and albums are the result of AMA-UK’s uniquely open and member-driven process, which is comprised of musicians, both from the UK and overseas, as well as professionals from all sectors of the music industry, such as agents, promoters, venues, festivals, labels, distributors, retailers, management, touring, journalists, broadcasters and publicists.
Here are the BMI-affiliated winners. Congratulations to all!
