BMI Hosts The Musical World of Avatar: The Last Airbender with White Bear at WonderCon 2024

On Friday, March 29, BMI and White Bear PR co-presented The Musical World of Avatar: The Last Airbender, a panel about the beloved series with BMI composers Jeremy Zuckerman and Takeshi Furukawa as part of WonderCon 2024. The Emmy-winning Zuckerman composed the score for the animated series, while the BAFTA-nominated Furukawa scored the live-action series. On this dynamic panel, held at the Anaheim Convention Center and moderated by White Bear PR’s Chandler Polling, the two music creators discussed the similarities, distinctions, nuances, and thematic constants that informed their respective works.
