BMI Indie Spotlight: Grace Enger

Posted in News on March 15, 2023

Grace Enger is a Hoboken, NJ-based singer/songwriter who won the 2022 Abe Olman Scholarship from the Songwriters Hall of Fame. She fell in love with songwriting at a young age and has recently started using TikTok to share her original songs (she currently has over 36K followers on the platform), including her debut single, “The Neighborhood.” Aside from her work as a budding solo artist, she has also found success writing for other artists, including Sadie Jean, whose hit 2021 single “WYD Now?” went viral, was featured in the New York Times, and has exceeded 110M streams on Spotify alone. Enger’s debut EP is set to arrive later this year with contributions from Dan Wilson (Adele, Taylor Swift), Rob Bizel (SZA), and Alexander 23 (Olivia Rodrigo, Tate McRae), the latter of whom she toured with in Fall 2022.
