Posted in News on December 3, 2024

Hollis Howard, a 21-year-old LA-based artist and songwriter, draws inspiration from a diverse range of music, from 90s slacker rock to 80s synth-pop. Her music is timeless, reflecting her strong sense of self and curiosity about the human experience. With raw, unabashed lyrics and a captivating personality, Howard has quickly gained attention on the music scene. Collaborating with talented musicians like Gabe Goodman, David Marinelli, and Julian Kaufman of MICHELLE, Howard has released three singles that have been featured on Spotify’s popular playlists undercurrents, Ethereal, and Fresh Finds Indie. Her music also caught the eye of Zane Lowe, who premiered her single, “Angelina,” on his radio show and featured another hit, “Face to Face,” on his curated playlist. Recently named one of Monster Children’s 2024 ‘Bright Young Things,’ Howard made her live debut headlining the Silverlake Lounge, solidifying her position as a rising star in the music industry.
