BMI Indie Spotlight: LUCKY KILMARTIN
Lucky Kilmartin is an English songwriter with a story to tell. He moved to America after extensively touring as a guitarist, finding solace in the community of artists he found who shared his love from all things Neil Young to Wilco, to Otis Redding. His debut album, Borders, Baby, was released in November 2024, which was preceded by single like “Out Of Touch”, “Kingston Springs”, and “Bound To”. The LA-based troubadour can be found performing across town, with recent sightings at an LA Fire Relief Benefit Show at Townhouse Venice, and popular local showcases like goodnoise. Sessions, Open Folk LA, and BMI’s Acoustic Lounge showcase at the Hotel Cafe.
