BMI Indie Spotlight: Spring 2021
Spring is the time of year that brings about new energy, and this year, despite the world still facing challenges, that sentiment is as true as ever. BMI is excited to deliver another edition of the Indie Spotlight featuring nine incredible bands and artists who may well be bona fide superstars by this time next year. We have Sir Chloe, a band whose origins have a unique backstory, Ryan Caraveo, who has been in the game since his early teens, and Pasto Flocco, another young talent who is bringing his dreams to reality. Next up is a queen from Queens, Wolf; a Florida-based trio who have been together since high school, Flipturn; and an indie-pop artist whose musical talent transcends his pedigree, Brandon Jenner. The LA-based Jesse Jo Stark follows with her Hollywood-inspired sound, and the list is rounded out by Hueston’s emotional lyrics and Molly Moore’s journey to self-acceptance.
