As has become tradition, BMI provided the entertainment at the Illinois Broadcasters Association (IBA) annual Silver Dome awards dinner held recently (6/13) in Springfield, Illinois. BMI singer-songwriter Hannah Ellis wowed the crowd performing her newest single “Your Woman,” “Home and a Hometown” and “If My Heart Had A Heart,” which Ellis wrote and is currently Cassadee Pope’s newest single. Hannah just wrapped up the CMT Next Women of Country tour with Clare Dunn and Cassadee Pope, and last year, she was named one of Rolling Stone’s “Artist’s to Watch.” She was also featured as the Spotlight Artist on The Bobby Bones Show on the Big 98 Country Countdown.

The IBA is the leading advocate for the broadcasting industry in Illinois and is in engaged in shaping public policy to create a positive legislative and regulatory environment for its members.
