In what has become an annual tradition, BMI provided the musical entertainment recently (8/2) at the Texas Association of Broadcasters annual convention, which was held at the JW Marriott in Austin. BMI singer/songwriter Tameca Jones entertained the crowd of radio and television executives from across the state. Known as the Queen of Austin Soul, Tameca captivated the audience by performing “Hot & Bothered” and “Let It Be.” Tameca will be releasing her debut album in November of 2023.
Formed in 1953, the TAB strives to promote and protect a favorable economic and regulatory climate for broadcasting.
