BMI Singer-Songwriters Help Kick-Off IHRSA’s 40th Convention
BMI singer-songwriters Gunnar Latham and Josh Grider helped kick-off the International Health, Racquet and Sportsclub Association’s 40th Anniversary Show, performing at the welcome ceremony recently (10/13) in Dallas, Texas. The event, which was held at the Kay Bailey Hutchinson Convention Center, brought together fitness leaders from around the world to share best practices and new ideas to elevate their clubs. Grider kicked off the celebration by performing his newest single, “Life’s A Party.” Based in Texas, Latham and Grider spent the last 18-plus months writing songs together with both scheduled to release new albums this fall.
BMI has been a proud member of IHRSA for thirty-three years. In 2009, IHRSA and BMI rolled out a discount program providing special savings for IHRSA members on their BMI fitness music license. The mission of IHRSA, The Global Health & Fitness Association, is to grow, protect, and promote the health and fitness industry, and to provide its members with the benefits that will help them be more successful.
