This year’s Restaurant Leadership Conference in Phoenix was highlighted by a performance from BMI songwriter Julia Cole. The Nashville recording artist and television host helped kick off RLC 2023 with an upbeat performance in front of restaurant owners and executives from across the US. Cole’s music has amassed more than 100 million streams and she was recently named by CMT as one of the Next Women of Country. The Restaurant Leadership Conference provides educational sessions and networking opportunities while showcasing the latest innovations in the hospitality industry.
