Recently signed BMI songwriter Ryleigh Modig, who appeared on Season 20 of The Voice, highlighted the closing evening of the Council of State Retail Associations annual conference by performing on The Raven, as attendees enjoyed a boat cruise on the Chesapeake Bay in Annapolis, Maryland. The 19-year-old Spencer, Massachusetts native performed an inspiring set of originals and covers for the group of state and national retail association executives. Ryleigh, who was on Kelly Clarkson’s team when appearing on The Voice, later was a guest on the Ellen DeGeneres Show, where she performed Olivia Rodrigo’s “Drivers License.”

The Council of State Retail Associations was organized to improve and advance the retail industry through close cooperation and mutual assistance among state retail association executives.
