BMI Supports Alliance for Women Film Composers Annual Meeting

On Sunday, March 18, the Alliance for Women Film Composers hosted its 3rd annual all-member meeting at the home of George S. Clinton. Leadership from the AWFC updated the members on its past, present and future activity, noting the successful professional development series of workshops to educate up-and-coming women composer members. President Lolita Ritmanis, Executive Director Catherine Joy and Treasurer Nora Kroll-Rosenbaum all gave uplifting speeches about the progress the AWFC has made and the challenges it still faces.
