BMI Supports Composer Christopher Lennertz at “Shaft” Scoring Session

BMI’s Doreen Ringer-Ross recently attended a scoring session for the reboot of the 1970’s action film, Shaft, with music by BMI composer Christopher Lennertz. Directed by Tim Story, the highly-anticipated film, which includes an expanded reworking of Isaac Hayes’ classic “Theme from Shaft,” is slated for a June 2019 release.
