BMI Supports Mountain High Music Festival For 5th Consecutive Year

For the fifth year in a row, BMI was the presenting sponsor for Dean Dillon’s Mountain High Music Festival, held recently (1/16-1/19) in Crested Butte, Colorado. This year’s festival lineup included BMI Icon Dean Dillon, Jamey Johnson and Pam Tillis, as well as BMI award-winning songwriters Kendell Marvel, Lance Carpenter and Scotty Emerick, with up-and-comer Ben Burgess also included. Hosted by Sirius XM’s The Highway’s Storme Warren, the event features small venues and gives fans the opportunity to hear their favorite country hits performed by the songwriters who wrote them. The festival benefits Cattlemen’s Days Tough Enough to Wear Pink and Adaptive Sports Center.
