BMI Supports Song Arts Academy’s Summer Semester Workshop Starting July 8
BMI is proud to support the Song Arts Academy five-week summer workshop starting Monday, July 8, in person and simultaneously live on Zoom.
Seasoned and developing songwriters can look forward to acquiring transformative ways of listening and writing songs by learning SAA’s “Advanced Song Craft” tools, then applying them to write five original songs during the workshop. Expect to develop unique insights and skill sets to elevate and improve your songwriting.
Taught by SAA Founder, Billy Seidman, author of The Elements of Song Craft, alumni of the program include hit songwriters, GRAMMY-winners, and major label Artists. SAA is endorsed by producers and songwriters Daniel Tashian (Kacey Musgraves) and Ian Kimmel (BTS, H.E.R. Anderson .Paak) as a proven learning destination for songwriters wanting to grow and enhance their lyric, melody-writing and creative song concept-development talents.
The workshop meets five consecutive Monday evenings: 7/08, 15, 22, 29, & 8/05 (from 7pm to 9pm EST) Live on Zoom. The cost is $500.00
