BMI and Tom Johnston of the Doobie Brothers Celebrate Million Play Milestones

Tom Johnston of the Doobie Brothers stopped by Broadcast Music, Inc.’s Nashville office to celebrate incredible million play milestones for his numerous hit songs, including 6 million plays for “Long Train Runnin’,” one million plays for “Any Way The Wind Blows,” eight million plays for “Listen To The Music,” one million plays for “Rockin’ Down The Highway” and six million plays for “China Grove.” The Doobie Brothers’ music has been a staple on radio since their start in 1969. The band has won four GRAMMYs and sold millions of albums. The Doobie Brothers’ latest album, Southbound, is out now.
