BMI Presents Music 101: Feedback Listening Session

BMI is proud to present Music 101: Feedback, an exclusive listening session that provides up-and-coming r&b and hip-hop songwriters and producers the opportunity to play their songs for a panel of industry leaders. Panelists include producer Damon Thomas (Beyoncé, Chris Brown, Brandy); Atlantic Records VP of A&R Darrale Jones (Lupe Fiasco, Usher, Missy Elliot); Alpine Music Group President Eric Nicks (August Rigo, Kelly Sheehan, Jerren Howard); producer Mac Robinson (Miguel, Ne-Yo, Jazmine Sullivan, Jhene Aiko); and EMI Urban’s Sam Taylor (FKi, Nikhil, Kevin Cossom).

Presented by BMI, Music 101: Feedback is slated for Wednesday, May 23 at the Gibson Showroom in Beverly Hills (9350 Civic Center Drive, Suite 130), from 7 p.m. until 10 p.m.

BMI is no longer accepting submissions. Interested individuals are encouraged to attend and observe from the audience.

Thirty BMI members will be selected to participate in the session.

This installment of Music 101: Feedback focuses on hip-hop, r&b and pop genres. The deadline for entries was Friday, May 11.
