BMI Participates on Panel at the California Copyright Conference
On September 15, BMI’s Senior Vice President and General Counsel Stuart Rosen, along with attorneys Dina LaPolt and Jay Cooper and moderator/attorney J. Charley Londoño, lent their expertise on a panel to discuss the current complexities that face the music industry with regard to legislative reform, consent decree modifications and policy issues on copyright reform. Hosted by the California Copyright Conference, the sold out crowd of more than 200 included constituents and luminaries from every aspect of the industry. BMI songwriters Eddie Money and Shelly Peiken also lent their support.
