BMI Songwriter Bonnie Bishop Impresses in Big Sky

BMI singer-songwriter and story teller Bonnie Bishop was the featured entertainment at the Montana Broadcasters Association Annual Conference, held recently (6/25) in Big Sky. The Thirty Tigers recording artist performed songs from her latest Dave Cobb-produced album, Ain’t Who I Was, including the first single, “Mercy,” which is currently climbing the Triple A charts. Bishop also penned “Not Cause I Wanted To” for Bonnie Raitt, which appeared on the superstar’s GRAMMY- winning Americana album, Slipstream. The MBA conference attracted radio and TV executives from across the state.
