BMI joined broadcasters from across the state of Tennessee for the Tennessee Association of Broadcasters’ (TAB) 76th annual Excellence in Broadcasting Awards Dinner which recognizes industry excellence. During this year’s event, which took place August 20 at the Country Music Hall of Fame in Nashville, TN, an Impact Award was presented to BMI’s most awarded country singer/songwriter, Bill Anderson.

As part of the Impact Award ceremony, ACM and CMA award-winning recording artist Jamey Johnson performed “Give It Away” and “Cheaper Than a Shrink.”

For 76 years, TAB has been serving the collective needs of its members by providing resources that support both small independent broadcasters and network affiliates.
