Carol Doche Shares New Music at BMI Listening Events

BMI was excited to host a recent sequence of listening events at our offices in Atlanta, Los Angeles and New York with rising singer/songwriter, Carol Doche, a music creator whose singular take on classic R&B and pop has been turning heads. Doche’s distinctive vocal style first came to the attention of GRAMMY-winning producer and longtime BMI affiliate RedOne in 2019, initiating a creative partnership, and signing to the producer’s 2101 Records. Her debut single, “Montego,” featuring fellow BMI songwriter Wiz Khalifa and produced by RedOne, has already reached over 70 million on social media, and accrued over 1 million views in a single week on VEVO.

Doche brought her latest, unreleased music to BMI’s offices to share a taste of the new music she’s currently working on to follow on “Montego,” and if what was played was any indication, Doche will soon be a fixture on terrestrial radio and streaming services everywhere.
