David Newman Conducts John Williams’ “Jaws” Live to Picture at the Hollywood Bowl

Posted in News on July 25, 2018

Once again, the Hollywood Bowl audience was captivated over the weekend by BMI composer John Williams’ unforgettable score to the blockbuster Jaws, proving that no matter how many times the legendary film is viewed, it still resonates a deliciously disturbing foreboding for both repeat and new movie-goers. Add to that David Newman’s expertise in conducting the piece live to picture, and you’ve got an even more compelling reason not to “go back in the water.”
