Combining the vocal talents of established Detroit jazz musician Jesse Palter, the keyboard acumen of Sam Barsh and an appreciation for puns, Palter Ego is a delectably sweet pop duo whose simple yet catchy songs continue to gain traction. Perhaps most well-known on the YouTube circuit for their covers of Justin Bieber’s “Boyfriend” and Gotye’s smash hit “Somebody That I Used to Know,” among others, Palter Ego has also released three albums to date and toured as far from home as China and Israel. The quality of material in those releases has lead to television spots on Keeping Up With The Kardashians, The Real World and a whole host of commercials screened nationwide.
