Industry Spotlight: Flying Blanket Recording

Flying Blanket Recording is located in the heart of historic Mesa, Arizona, in a converted 3500-square foot house, built in 1947. The studio is a two-room facility. Led by producer/engineer Bob Hoag, Flying Blanket specializes in analog recording and mixing, but both rooms are also equipped with Pro Tools HD 3 Accel. Hoag has made records for Joel Plaskett, Dear and the Headlights, Gospel Claws, Black Carl, Mergence, Snake Snake Snakes, What Laura Says, The Breakup Society, The Format, Hour of the Wolf, Sister Cities, Pollen, Before Braille, and many others.
