Jackie Cruz Signs With BMI

BMI’s Director, Latin Writer/Publisher Relations Carolina Arenas and Assistant Vice President, Writer/Publisher Relations Samantha Cox welcomed Jackie Cruz to the BMI family last week at the Company’s New York office. Although often recognized for her acting in roles such as Flaca on Netflix’s immensely popular show Orange is the New Black, Cruz’s roots as a singer-songwriter run just as deep. Her musical career took off in 2010 with the single “Your Love” on MTV. Next up, Cruz is working on new material for her potential English and Spanish EP, produced by award-winning duo A&X. Welcome to the family, Jackie!
