Latin Spotlight: Caleb Calloway

Caleb Calloway is a producer and DJ hailing from Puerto Rico who has worked with some of the biggest artists in Latin music including Bad Bunny, Anuel AA, J Balvin, Rauw Alejandro, Sech, Jennifer Lopez, Zion y Lennox, Dalex, Guaynaa, and Álvaro Diaz. He comes from a musical family who influenced his unique sound, and his arrival to New York City led him to dive deep into the ethereal sounds of house and techno; time spent in Chicago and Texas further influenced his work. In 2020, Calloway, who is signed to a publishing deal with Rimas Entertainment, worked on six songs for Rauw Alejandro’s Afrodisíaco album and two songs for Bad Bunny’s El Último Tour Del Mundo project. Earlier this year, his song “Ley de atracción” with Argentine rapper/singer, Duki, became a hit, and he continued his work with Rauw Alejandro, this time on Alejandro’s album Vice Versa. The LP features five Calloway tracks and has already amassed more than a billion stream on Spotify. In addition to working on music for established artists, Calloway is also fostering new talent with breakout artist, Young Miko, who is signed to his independent label, The Music Wave Group.

Caleb Calloway es un productor y disc-jockey de Puerto Rico que ha trabajado con algunos de los más grandes artistas de la música latina, entre ellos Bad Bunny, Anuel AA, J Balvin, Rauw Alejandro, Sech, Jennifer Lopez, Zion & Lennox, Dalex, Guaynaa y Álvaro Díaz. Creció en una familia de músicos que influyó en su original sonido. Su llegada a la ciudad de Nueva York lo hizo explorar a fondo los sonidos etéreos de house y techno; y el tiempo que pasó en Chicago y Texas también impactó su trabajo.
