This year’s Florida Association of Broadcasters annual convention (6/26-27) was highlighted by a performance from Atlantic Records/Warner Music Nashville artist Ingrid Andress, courtesy of BMI. The BMI songwriter performed at the convention’s opening night dinner in front of a large group of radio and TV executives from across the sunshine state, representing such companies as iHeart Media, Beasley Media Group, Sinclair Broadcast Group and Univision Communications. Andress, who has co-written with the likes of Alicia Keys and Sam Hunt, made her national TV debut in April when she performed on Late Night With Seth Myers. Her new single “More Hearts Than Mine” hits country radio this month.
