The Muddy Magnolias recently visited BMI’s New York office to give a very special performance for team members. The duo, transplanted Texan Kallie North and Brooklynite Jessy Wilson, met when BMI’s Wardell Malloy introduced Jessy to BMI’s Clay Bradley, who works at the Company’s Nashville office and connected the two.  The rest is history!  Their unique sound adds funk and jazz elements to atmospheric twang, representing where country is going, beyond the obvious trends at the top of the charts. Check out what Rolling Stone and NPR had to say about their music!
