ACM Awards “Male Vocalist of the Year” nominee and BMI singer-songwriter Thomas Rhett brought together close family and friends March 1 at Nashville’s vintage arcade bar Kung Fu Saloon, to celebrate his chart-toppers “T–Shirt” and “Star Of The Show” off his sophomore album Tangled Up.

First joined by “T-Shirt” songwriters Ashley Gorley, Shane McAnally and Luke Laird, the reputable group toasted to Thomas Rhett’s six consecutive number one songs and the platinum satus of “T-Shirt.” To commemorate his seventh career number one, “Star Of The Show,” Rhett was joined by co-writer Ben Hayslip and his father and BMI co-writer, Rhett Akins. Thomas Rhett and Akins are the only father-son co-write to ever top the Country Billboard radio charts.
